{Seabrook Island Club} A Blushing Beauty

{Seabrook Island Club} A Blushing Beauty

There are some families that you can truly feel the love and support for the Bride & Groom. I had the honor of working with Justin’s Aunt Stefanie to pull together a natural garden feel in florals that complimented her Navy Color Scheme and Shabby Chic Decor. We used seasonal flowers in whites, greens and blush to baby pinks and touches of lilac & lavender to contrast with the Navy. Flowers included hydrangea, dahlias, HUGE Shirley Temple peony, garden roses, viburnum, ranunculus, hyacinths, sweet-peas, bouvardia, waxflowers, white & lavender lilac, Queen Anne’s Lace, gypsophila, bupleurum, chrysanthemums and complimenting greeneries.

Below is the blog post from my talented friend Rick Dean.

I know you must think that I am a broken record… but how can you not LOVE you job when you get to make such incredible memories for young couples on the first day of their married life together.   Kourtney and Justin along with family and friends made the journey from Tennessee to Seabrook Island for a dream wedding at the beach.  In spite of the rain, wind and overcast skies…. nothing was going to stop this outdoor ceremony at the Ocean Terrace at the Seabrook Island Club.  And persistence paid off because it was all so beautiful and just what the couple had wanted.

Congrats to Kourtney and Justin.  We wish you a long and happy life together.

The event was designed and coordinated by Stephanie Houser, the aunt of the groom with local assistance by Kathleen Rogers of the Seabrook Island Club.  The beautiful flowers were designed by Beth Leon Guerrero of Wildflowers, Inc..  Entertainment was provided by a Houser family favorite… Dave Landeo and his band.  The men’s ties were classic Vineyard Vines.  The bridal gown was Watters from Low’s Bridal.  Bridemaid’s were Watters Wtoo also from Low’s Bridal.
