For our “Destination Dahlias”,  Planning your destination wedding to Charleston? Want to plan your wedding yourself but need local professional guidance? Let WildFlowers Inc. be your anchor through the entire process. No matter your vision for your unique day, we can help you navigate the unknown! Our expertise and knowledge of the area and vendors will be put to use as you plan your wedding from afar. We will advise you on venues as well as vendors in the area to help you find the one which best suits your particular needs. We will assist you in putting every last detail in order.


Our “Destination Dahlia” package includes everything in our Comprehensive Partial Planning package as well as the following services:


– Special Timeline Compositions for Out of Town guests if needed.

– Venue and Vendor selections- meetings and visits in your absence.

– Delivery of Welcome Packages (yours or ours at an additional fee per package) to guests at designated room blocks.

-Assistance facilitating transportation and activities.

-Assistance with any necessary permits.

– Hotel Blocks and Reservations

–  Includes Comprehensive Full Rehearsal/Ceremony/Reception Coordination from start to finish. (Rehearsal dinner planning not included.)

– Acceptance of deliveries and pre-wedding / post-wedding storage of your personal items.

– Pre wedding and post wedding errands on your behalf. (IE: return of cake stand to baker, suits rental returns.)

We will also be there for any questions/concerns you have throughout your planning process!

(10% discount if using WFI for florals of $3,500 or more.) All delivery & pick-up fees for floral & décor are deducted from your floral order if using WFI for coordination.

*Additional fees may apply for weddings with multiple venues, with guest counts exceeding 125 or those requiring security.
