WildFlowers Inc. will be your ambassador and right arm so you can relax and truly enjoy your wedding day in Charleston. Professionals take over where you left off in your planning. WildFLowers Inc. will provide one consultant and one assistant for your wedding day to manage your rehearsal, coordinate wedding and reception venue set-up, direct you and your bridal party down the aisle, and whatever other tasks you need on the wedding day. We will oversee vendor that set-up is executed per your contracts. We will assist with time-line and floor-plan generation as well as rental facilliatation.  We will follow up with all vendors the week of your wedding. We have at hand a comprehensive Wedding Day Emergency Kit so our brides are prepared for anything! Also available to our Brides is a large assortment of complimentary or discounted wedding decor rentals for your wedding day! This is an extraordinary value. WFI has everything from wedding arches to wine barrels, lanterns to table number holders, cafe and much more.

Coordination Services Include (but not limited to):
Consultation services and pre-wedding errands as needed. Ceremony and Reception vendor confirmations, coverage of the rehearsal by one coordinator and coverage of the ceremony on the wedding day by a coordinator and reception coverage by one coordinator and assistant. Your personal professional will arrive two hours before your ceremony and stay with you until the formal events at the reception have concluded. One coordinator will stay throughout your departure and break down of venue by vendors. Post wedding errands and rental returns as needed.

Wedding Rehearsal

***One Coordinator for Wedding Rehearsal

Greet wedding party and pass out wedding day itineraries.
Position wedding party and direct rehearsal of processional, order of ceremony, and the recessional (Traditional Style unless directed otherwise).

Review musician cues and wedding party responsibilities.

Instruct ushers in seating of the guest and family members.


Oversee Wedding Transportation

Arrive prior to wedding to greet vendors and wedding party.
Supervise the rental and floral set-up.
Supervise the videographer set-up.
Supervise the musician & vocalist set-up.
Arrange the guest book table and programs.
Distribute flowers to wedding party and family members.
Assist wedding party with last minute details and line-up for processional.


Cue the musicians for entrances.
Assist ushers in proper seating of special guest.
Make sure bridesmaids gowns are in place and seams are strait.
Fluff brides train and straighten veil for her big moment.
Assist with late arrivals and other that may disrupt the ceremony.
Be on hand with emergency kit to handle any mishaps that may occur.

Direct ceremony in accordance with wedding day timeline.

Assist with pre and post ceremony photographs.

Reception & Set-up

Oversee set-up details of the reception to include name cards, favors, candy or other specialty bar set-up etc…

Oversee all vendors set-up per design/ floor plan.

Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendor’s day of event.
Direct Formal Activities

Oversee collection of personal items, gifts etc

You will need to provide the following information and items to WildFlowers Inc. within 2 weeks prior to the wedding.

–Complete vendor contact list with office number, cell phone number and email addresses and copies of all contracts and agreements you have signed.

–Preferences on how you want your rehearsal, wedding and reception executed.

–Any items, including favors, programs, etc. that you need us to set up.

–Complete list of Bridal Party (as well as anyone involved in the ceremony) and their cell phone numbers. Bridal party order and established excorts.

–Music / song choices and order for ceremony and reception.

–Optional: $100 refundable Petty Cash Envelope (errand running money, which will be returned to you with the same $100 or change and receipts totaling $100)
